Ford Store... How Long For Shipment?

I used my Fordpass points to order a Strut Tower Brace. It's been 16 days and the status is "awaiting shipment". I called the customer service number and they are looking into it. Is this normal? I know Levittown Ford is not the fastest in shipping, but are still reasonable and updates are excellent. I've never ordered direct from Ford before... Part is being shipped to a local dealer. TIA.

Do you order through Ford Accessories? I ordered both a sun visor and trunk floor mat with my points and got both within a week.

That seems longer than it should. Maybe they had to order another batch from the CCP.

Yes.
Ford accessories.
It was the only place where I could figure out how to use my FordPass points.

I wouldn't think it would take that long. I would call customer service and check.

My Air Design splitter; ordered through Ford arrived in about 5 business days.

I’ve found ordering through the ford store kind of confusing because the order status will not update correctly. But I did get my items eventually just not sure if they can provide a window or even a shipment email

I ordered the Strut Brace from my Dealer, Phil Long Ford of Denver.
It took 3 days.
