Not sure that is even a decision he can make. That car is toast and not repairable for street duty. It was hit hard enough to buckle the entire dash bad enough the glove door won't close. If any insurance company said fix it, they are nuts!!!!

Bonus, even with the severe dashboard buckling, the dash screens didn't shatter, seems they are durable enough to hold up.
