UPDATE!

We got the kit installed and went straight to the dyno. Very impressed with the results for such a simple setup.

G3 supercharger, 55lb injectors, stock manifolds with cats, 10psi, pump gas.

Pricing has been announced and G3 kits start at $6495

This thread is a little confusing, Your original post sed you had a G3R kit, this post sez G3, and the link is to your G3 kit which is a $1,000 less than the G3R ...

Clarification maybe needed.

This is the ESS test mule car. So there will be many different things tested on it. I have a G3R head unit waiting to go on it. For now we found it best to test with the G3 head unit since that will be the most common. G3R would have made more.

Any other questions let me know!

Excellent!! When you say pump gas does that mean 91 or 93? Out in Cali all we get is 91 smh 😒

Brevin, is it possible to configure the kit with a quiet enclosed bov like a Tial QRJ?
Kind of making it a BPV instead of BOV?
I'm trying to set up the quietest possible kit making it sound as oem as possible.
Tial Q bov constant whoosh annoyed me while cruising/daily driving my s550.

Yes this is very easy to do. Just order a kit without a BOV and buy that Tial recirculating valve. Plumb the hose back into the intake tube and it will be virtually silent. Also option out the helical (quiet) supercharger gears and that combo will make the car almost completely silent.

Got it. The QJR valve comes with 1.5 lb or 3 lb spring. Which would you recommend for this application?

I would look at the QR series which is the same body as the standard Tial 50mm. It comes with a 2 psi spring which is ideal. It has different size discharge ports. I would do the largest discharge that you can fit. This one is 1.5”

I can give it a shot, would be great if it was offered as a turn key "sleeper kit" option though 😉

When do you estimate to open orders? Is the Dark Horse going to have a dedicated kit like the Mach 1 did?
