Does anyone know why Ford deleted wireless charging for S650 MY25?

How many people do you need to hear say it doesn't work well , before you would consider it normal ? I am glad it works good for you. You got a good one !

I turned mine off and bought a 10" cord and just plug into the USB port by the charger. I have an android phone with an Otter box cover and a metal plate so it attaches to my magnetic phone holder. So I think that's why it didn't work.

The resources got reallocated and are now used to patch the inner front fender ‘aero’ holes, instead of cooking phones they’re patching openings.
If this is what you talked about then unfortunately mine didn’t get patched. They only started patching the hole recently, not for all MY25.

My wireless charger slower than I want to but it works! On my Samsung I have it automatically switch to power saver every time I'm in the car so it doesn't heat up as much when charging, then goes back to regular mode when I turn the car off. I love it.
Does that affect function, like having Spotify, and AA running?

My iPhone gets too hot in no time with wireless charging.
I brought a USB-C cord and now it works like a charm.
I agree with the front parking sensors: hopefully there will be some aftermarket solution soon.

I only tried the wireless charger a few times. Got hot with case. Removed case still got hot but not as much. Removed the rubber pad covering the charger phone only got warm.

In my experience, following a software update at some point last year, unless my phone is between 40 and 80% the wireless charger just rapidly heats up my phone and causes it to discharge faster than it was before. Just let me plug it into the USB and place it there so it can charge, thanks Ford.

Like they couldn't just be disabled in track mode with a few lines of code...
