I have the same dates, although the last time they told me from 7/4-7/10 the rep said realistically it would be pushed back because it takes 4-6 weeks for vehicles to arrive in California. So I wonder if it's the same case with the new dates.. Today's rep said my vehicle was getting ready to ship and that the tracker will update as soon as it does. I doubt it since it still shows as "In Production" LOL

Ford chat gave me a new ETA today. Moved from a range of 7/4-7/10 to 7/23. IF it manages to ship next week that seems like a realistic estimate.

For any fellow Canadians in the group, how did you get your VIN for your order?

I ordered a DH on March 6 this year and still don't have a VIN, let alone any dates. I've reached out to the chat on ford.ca and they just keep telling me that my order is in an "order processing" state. I would think after 4 months since ordering, though, Ford would at least have assigned a VIN to my order.

Does the US chat on ford.com have visibility into any different information? My dealer has told me they don't have anything either, and to contact them again "...in the fall."

I know I'm impatient given the inventory & production issues this year, but I just want my car. Lol.

Ford.ca is useless Canadian ford tracking system is useless, I ordered 9th March got my vin 14th March from my dealer build date has been pushed more times than I care to mention lol all I would say is reach out to your ford dealer and he should have your vin and latest build date.

Candian here from the GTA.
I ordered my Mustang on May 13th, and my dealer gave me the VIN and the scheduled production week less than a week later.
Try reaching out to the sales rep at the dealer who sold you your car.
Your dealer should at the very least give you an order number. I don't see why they shouldn't have a VIN and production week estimate for you either.

Side note: I've had no luck with the online tracking system or Ford chat, but have had luck reaching out to the Ford Performance chat https://performanceparts.ford.com/contact-us/ and their email address [email protected]
Not sure if they can help you though since you don't have a VIN...

Yea, I noticed that. Mine actually alternates between the actual build and some other generic build a couple times throughout the day every day.
