The dealership can request a VINview that will show where the car is in real time, this is available after the car is built.

Stands to reason...if the car is not shipped, it is at FRAP, Ramp 59 or one of several other locations. Thus, NOT in route to you. LOL

All vehicles will not be at Ramp 59 and I never said it was in route just that the tracker is activated after built and CAN be tracked then.
