I know that many of you have been to college, and have taken at least Economics 101. Do you recall supply and demand? I don't know, or care, what sales sells cars for, but to have them referred to as "scum" for following a simple rule of economics is a bit much. The market sets the price, the same as with everything else we buy. Are Barrett Jackson and Sotheby's scum for auctioning items to the highest bidder?
And the 'S' in MSRP stands for suggested. The only reason that manufacturers were butthurt over markup during the pandemic is because they weren't seeing any of it. They sell us the car for a set price, and don't say anything if we lose money selling it, so it s bit hypocritical for them to get upset when we sell for over sticker.
I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears, as those of you who think this way will not change your minds. But if I told you the dollar value of parts and services that we give away each month in the name of customer goodwill, you'd call me a liar.
All I was trying to do is let fellow enthusiast know that a vehicle was coming availble.
Yowza. Pretty sure the scum comment was a joke. Most of the responses have been positive.

I think all ford needs to do is end production of the current 600/700 Dark Horse, historically the cars get 2-3 model years. Ford switched to on demand ordering for 2025-26 so As long as you can still order/buy a brand new one resale will be lower and combine that with an economy where everyone is getting pinched in massive tax and cost of living inflation…fun cars are the first thing to go. Actually I think the 2024 model year is holding its value OK. Cost increases for 25/26 maybe not so much yet. But who knows. Dodge is rumored to bring back the Hellcat to the charger. Ford needs some competition

Yes - make sure you pay the ADM that way you can combine it with the total loss you will experience when you try to sell the vehicle - take a look at the Z06 pricing right now they are being sold anywhere from $12K to $14K under MSRP ...

So I was contemplating buying one of these SC's however, after my ass%ole just got reamed out, and now I have to find oversized toilets every time I want to take a sh%t selling my Dark Horse Premium, HP -

I think I will pass on F'ing A$$hole Ford
There's always the prius.

I have a machete and pitch fork for rent to anyone who'd like to join the angry anti ADM mob at the riot. 😉😆

A reliable dealership in Virginia says "April" for pricing and order bank opening.

Thats not the only retail acronym. MAP exists also. "Minimum advertised price". When i sold appliances we could not sell below that price. So capitalism created a remedy that allows the mfgr to prevent this from happening. If Ford chooses not to implement that, can people not voice their opinion?
