The directions for mounting are the same with both cars. It's either the way the coolant reservoir sits or is mounted or the way the hood is formed/stamped. That's all it could be, assuming the insulation on the hood is mounted the same. Thanks!
The parts for 2024 and 2025 are the same. Is there a difference in something to which it mounts between the two years?
That’s where the PCV side mounts for J&L. So even though it’s on the driver’s side it’s for the passenger side valve cover. Has very long hose routing.Sorry but that J&L separator is a massive eye sore mounted like that. Not to mention that you don't even need the drivers side can.
Wow. Didn't know that. Thanks for the clarification. Weird design...That’s where the PCV side mounts for J&L. So even though it’s on the driver’s side it’s for the passenger side valve cover. Has very long hose routing.

I prefer the factory look and location of the Ford version. Too bad you have to buy both sides.Steeda does the same.

That’s why I did UPR, the tradeoff being it’s hard to maintain with the strut tower to strut tower brace. I was also looking at SPE Performance, more compact design with the price point in between UPR and Ford Performance.I prefer the factory look and location of the Ford version. They're mounted on the driver's side because that's where the room is to easily mount the can. My J&L works well, FWIW. Steeda claims stronger lines and fittings on something that doesn't need them.Steeda and J&L cans may be one and the same. The Steeda is only the passenger side but the can is installed on the driver side, perhaps for more room. Long hose from the passenger side PCV valve. Hose to intake manifold the same from either side. I’m thinking about installing a can.
With the FP kit its a real pain to reach the dipstick. Not designed contemplating the strut brace. I'll probably remove the driver side next oil change. Anyway, the passenger side is the one really doing the job.I was reading the comments/reviews on the j&l website, and one person mentioned that with the DH strut brace, adding the catch can made it difficult to use the dipstick. Any observations on that?
