I have a GT Premium WITHOUT the active exhaust and want to replace the pipes. Can I get a new after-market system with the cutout and have it work? can I get Ford to update my software? Is my car pre-wired for what ever I need?

Yes, there are aftermarket twin tips systems that will work. Adding ‘active’ exhaust, with actuators and integrated software does not appear to be supported (yet?).
