Best oil and oil filter for Mustang GT Premium 2024

I'd like to see some evidence for that. Very few people use the exact same oil the entire life of their car.

I've always used Mobil R4T in my bikes. I used to use that in my cars too, but switched to Mobil 1 when I started buying newer cars. That started to get hard to find where I was living, and really expensive.
So for the last 8 years I've used Castrol Edge 5w/30LL which is factory fill on VA Group cars.

As a PUP fan that is troubling, at least on the surface.
I have 10 quarts of PUP left, the natural gas ones at least according to the label. Next time it's going to be Mobil One full synth which I have always had good luck with. My 2003 GT always had M1 and a Motorcraft filter at 5k and according to the new owner is over 300k miles and still running fine.
I have to research this more. Maybe Ford Full Synth might be an option?
