Best oil and oil filter for Mustang GT Premium 2024

I'd like to see some evidence for that. Very few people use the exact same oil the entire life of their car.

I've always used Mobil R4T in my bikes. I used to use that in my cars too, but switched to Mobil 1 when I started buying newer cars. That started to get hard to find where I was living, and really expensive.
So for the last 8 years I've used Castrol Edge 5w/30LL which is factory fill on VA Group cars.

I'm looking for the most suitable synthetic oil and oil filter for my Mustang GT Premium. Could you please suggest the best option? I'm currently considering the following:
