I beg to differ, there's a pull handle on the back of the seat for getting in the rear. Worst part is thinking "memory seats!" and finding out "yeah...not really."
Just shy of reach by little ones wondering, what’s that thing do.

Ahem, allow me:
1- Manual recline handle on power seats?
2- "Custom" settings revert to "Normal" on startup...isn't this "My Mustang?"
3-The obnoxious carbon traps...
4-If you turn off the engine and just sit in the car for a noon time nap, some evil spirit starts rattling around under the hood to wake you up after about 10 minutes.
5-No spare tire, just a can of fix-a-flat. Why? Cause eff you, that's why.
6-I paid for the gas guzzler tax, so why did I get such a tiny gas tank?
7-The rear deck speakers on the fancy B&O sysm are severely underpowered, like non-existent.
8-Shooting up an on ramp and rocketing past the lumbering big rigs, triple digits on the speedo...ok ok I forgive you.
#1 I'd guess weight savings and production costs of having a power seat back. It's annoying for sure.

#2 is annoying AF. I have read that Ford does this for legal reasons. They can not have cars starting up without TC and the nannys activated.

#5 Yeah, have to get he 401a to get a spare.

Just to clarify as long as you don't get the PP. I have 401a and PP and didn't get a spare.

It has to do with the brembos. If you have the brembo package, either with the PP or not, it requires a deeper wheel to accommodate the larger brake calipers. The standard spare won't clear them, so instead of just including a spare with a deeper wheel, Ford just gives us the finger and provides a can of fix-a-flat.

The last time I used a spare tire was 1969. Now that I've posted that, I'll probably need one tonight!
Oof you better knock on wood before you jinx yourself!

After a few months of ownership, I’ve come across a couple of quirks with the new Stang.

1. Front wheel well, behind each tire there is a large gap in the frame where rocks and other road debris collect. Ford should have installed some sort of mud/splash guard.

2. Center screen sometimes does not shut down completely. Noticed a few times at night after locking the car center screen remains dimly lit. A quick unlock/lock of the key fob corrects it but what your battery draw if rarely driven.

3. After just a couple miles received transmission error. What was weird I was not driving, simply walked past the car with the key fob in pocket, lights did their flashing/pulse sequence, stereo speakers sounded like they blasted some alien noise. Thought that was strange so i started the car up and that’s when I saw the error for transmission. Simply restarted car error went away and no issues since car drives fine.

Any body else experience anything like this?
Have a Darkhorse Premium with Handling Package. All of the active aero plating under the car is FULL of rocks and gravel ...
Brake vents, full of gravel and small rocks...
Sometimes when I get in the center screen doesn't power on, I have to get out, walk away, lock it, unlock it, and then it resets when I get back in.

On mine, the passenger seat lever which allows the rear seat passenger to exit often doesn't work.
I found that too. I found by pushing on the seat a little (or was it pulling on it) it worked.

Had that problem on my S550... Dealer ended up replacing the entire back of the seat under warranty.

S197 GT Premium with interior upgrade package... both seats are powered, but both have manual recline. Been that way on Mustang for a long time.

One quirk seems to be with over the air updates. About half the time it resets other things.

Last night I got in the car and all of my preset stations were changed, my oil life monitor went to 0%, and the "my color" changed.

My 401a did not come with a spare I’m guessing bc it has the Brimbo breaks I bought one off eazyspare and got the factory Scissor jack off e bay bummer is the jack won’t fit under that 19in spare so it’s in a tote I put in the trunk with some other emergency supplies. I’m not riding around without a spare.
