1- The front splitter/lip got damaged slightly when they were offloading it from the truck, i showed my dealer and they said it isn't something that'd be easy to get in, so they trimmed the little bit of plastic that was showing torn, and now it is barely noticeable.
When we picked up mine, it had a definite gouge in the front splitter from where the elderly gentleman that drove it 500 miles from another dealership went up on the concrete parking space marker. You could clearly see that it lined up evenly. The dealership said that they would replace that when I came in for the first service on the car. Of course, the gentleman that brought it to us would've not known to watch for the splitter. So, it sounds like that will not be a quick fix for my car. :(
