Agreed, i used ford points so out of pocket i wanna say I paid 450, and installed it myself in around 15 minutes. Honestly people might aswell install them themselves because if you have a strut bar, you will be removing the driver side catch can every time you want to check your dipstick anyway lol.Damn. You
Dang man. You are all in for like $800 bucks for oil separators.it's like a 15 min DYI.
I refuse to drop full retail on the Ford set. Especially when you only need the one side. I do like the OEM look. And I had it on my 2023. But that price tag is just stupid.
Aha no…Damn. You

You don't need a warranty for two hoses that snap in place. But like I said, its your money.I sure did. I travel for work Monday through Friday on multiple flights and have zero time.
$126 on ANY kind for Ford warranted work is a win in my book.
My son is also the Ford Tech who did the work - great kid - drove it to work, did the RO, and changed my oil and filter for free ;-).
Like I said - not worried about $126.
Slightly off-topic, but... for all the Molten Magenta orders I've heard of, I've seen exactly four on the road. One was an Ecoboost, and one was mine.I'm old enough to remember when the first came out and dreamed of owning one since.
Now in retirement I finally have the money.
Going to order a GT convertible in Molten Magenta with Black interior.
I used to travel pre-covid on an airplane and in hotels 45 plus weeks a year for 30 years, so I get the got no time for these things. Since Covid been working from home with more time for maintenance, but less ability.I sure did. I travel for work Monday through Friday on multiple flights and have zero time.

Just a 10mm wrench or socket nothing serious.
I realize that the OP had other reasons, but you young wippersnappers need to consider that not everyone has tools (not even a 10mm wrench!) or mechanical abilities/confidence or the desire to DIY. And, as many of you probably never think about, leaning over the fender and working on the engine bay can be tough on an old back.As I get older, it’s getting harder for me.
You'll be happy you waited! GlennI'm old enough to remember when the first came out and dreamed of owning one since.

My philosophy exactly! I've been retired since 2007 and did so to enjoy life. Crawling under a car at 78 is not my idea of enjoyment. Sex, on the other hand, is still worth the effort! I DIY because I want to, I enjoy it (most of the time), I am retired so I have the time to do it, I have the tools and a garage, and the experience to usually do it correctly. Even so, there are times when you just don't feel like crawling under a car and it's just a lot easier to write a check.
