this is why I always pound the table on getting cats off boosted cars.Question: Do we think the same melting would happen with High Output Green cats from Kooks?
Does your car stink at red lights?this is why I always pound the table on getting cats off boosted cars.
And no, kooks green aren’t any safer, after market stuff is more likely to break down digging through mustang6g
I know not everyone can due to their local state laws and stuff.
So how do vehicles like the Raptor R, GT500 & now the GTD manage to make warrantable for 100k cats?this is why I always pound the table on getting cats off boosted cars.

better cats and they control the tune. Cat over temp protectSo how do vehicles like the Raptor R, GT500 & now the GTD manage to make warrantable for 100k cats?
It would seem to me that the stage 1 whipple ought to be able to work and not destroy the cats.
I agree; something seems amiss here. Going to ask around and do some research. So how do vehicles like the Raptor R, GT500 & now the GTD manage to make warrantable for 100k cats?

I get stage 2 and beyond is changing the equation, but how are the supercharged 5.2 cats able to survive? Different config? materials?
Stage 1. Never had any e30/85 run through it. I always use 93 octane.Stage 1 or 2
Was e30/85 ever used?
Good to know there is a theory out there if people use e30 it kills them fast as the 55lb injectors have enough to be safe the engine but not enough for cat over temp protection enrichment so they meltStage 1. Never had any e30/85 run through it. I always use 93 octane.
