Thanks for all your replies. Can't find the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.

So due to availability and price the best I can find are:
Continental Extreme Contact Sport 2
325/30/R19 - 305/30/R19

I think I am going with BlackCircle.ca (Canadian Site)

Does anyone have this configuration with Continental and find it works well. The 325 concerns me a bit with the issues I was having with Tramlining.

Oh and any experience with Blackcircle?

Thanks again,

Those look like great tires, but I mention this only because of your location in Ontario.

"Note: Tires exposed to temperatures of 20 degrees F (-7 degrees C) or lower must be permitted to gradually return to temperatures of at least 40 degrees F (5 degrees C) for at least 24 hours before they are flexed in any manner, such as by adjusting inflation pressures, mounting them on wheels or using them to support, roll or drive a vehicle.

Flexing of the specialized rubber compounds used in Max Performance Summer tires during cold-weather use can result in irreversible compound cracking. Compound cracking is not a warrantable condition because it occurs as the result of improper use or storage, tires exhibiting compound cracking must be replaced."

And I would consider running the 305 on the rear, instead of the 325. The 305 comes closer to the Trofeo RS tread width and height and tread width.

See the Specs:
https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tire...wall=Blackwall&partnum=03YR9ECS02XL&tab=Sizes

(you have to click on "Specs")

And then compare them to the Trofeo RS

Note also the measuring wheel that they use is 11", the same width as your stock Dark Horse handling package rear wheel.

I definitely don't drive in the Winter but it will sit in my garage for those cold months. At times it would hit below -7 C. So if I am not driving would this be an issue?

I used PS4S tires for years on my Audi without being aware of this warning, and drove all the time below freezing, but we almost never see below -7C (20° F). It looks like even supporting a vehicle is out if it gets that cold.

So are you saying go with 305 all around? Has anyone used this configuration and found it to be a great ride?

I've seen people mention going to 325 but wanted to confirm the COntinentals would fit. I did see a guide that said they would, but their website will not approve it for this car.

325 fits a 11" wheel but its not ideal. Ideally you want a 11.5" - 12" wheel for a 325 tire

You want your thread width to be the same or slightly narrower than your rim width so your tire is slightly pre stretched improving handling(especially turn in)response.
Sidewall stiffness and profile ratio also play a big role. Contis have a pretty soft sidewall so I wouldnt go over 305/35 or 315/30 on a 11" wheel.

It will "fit." It will probably look good, too, if you are over 50 and remember stuffing big fat tires on your 8 inch Centerline Autodrag wheels . . . oh, where was I?

Oh, yeah.

Anyway, for the reasons given above, the 305 would fit the rear wheel of your Dark Horse better. It is a lot closer to the original spec tire than the 325. The 305 will perform better than the 325, for certain.

The look will be closer to your original tire, as well. The 325 will look "bigger."

Now I am a bit torn. Would love that big tire look but I have to admit the way the Dark Horse sits the tire width does not really show.

Alternatively, so would you run 305 front and back? And from what I read it would likely handle better than the 325 rear? I do see other vehicles with the same tire size front and back.

I don’t know how it could be possible to beat the factory Dark Horse HP setup. I really don’t. If one cannot deal with the fairly frequent Trofeo RS replacement cost and a tiny (no kidding, not much) bit of tramlining the HP Dark Horse wasn’t the right decision for you to start with. I wouldn’t try to outguess the factory engineers in this case; you cannot!
