I went with the Steeda full length rails. Didn't remove squat except trimming the underbelly pan. Easy peasy.
Do you have the equivalent of Harbor Freight up there? These go on sale/coupon down here for close to half off all the time:Same.
Life is so much easier jacking up the car. I just need to get some jack stands so I can swap wheels/tires in my driveway.
We have Princess Auto, Canadian Tire, Home Depot and Amazon so I'll find something on one of those.Do you have the equivalent of Harbor Freight up there?
Now these look handy. And I put these pads on them to keep them from scratching the paint off the jacking rails (which would lead to rusting):
Pads for 3-Ton Jack Stands, 2-Piece
I do it alllllll the time (with the non-full length ones). No issues at all.You use your jack rails for your jack stands as well? Didn't think that was recommended due to being too close together in the centre of the car?
Absolutely. The jacking rails aren't just for the jack. You use your jack rails for your jack stands as well? Didn't think that was recommended due to being too close together in the centre of the car?
They did not have this kit when I bought it.Steeda website states that the S650 model will require a spacer kit. Anyone use this spacer kit ?
