3.55 no brainer, 3.73's is a better option but you'll have to opt for the performance package and a manual.

Personally I wish there was a 4.09 option for the A10 but that’s just me.

3.15 with Whipple installed. Would blow away any Mustang with any tranny or gearing from the get go. Plus will still be drivable.

Plus sixth gear goes like another 20mph higher than 3.55's

Plus a Whippled Mustang with any combination of transmission and axle is going to rip from the get to, and a race stop the hop kit would be needed anyway. Got stop sometime too, and Brembos will go that.

The. saying is don’t fear the gear. Whatever they charge for a 3.55 is well worth, considering the cost it would be after the fact.

That saying is before they had 10 speeds...

For an easy going drive just to feel good or commute, especially in bumper to bumper and A10 coupled with a 3.15 is perfect. Sluggish in bumper to bumper? You don't need a Balls to the Wall race car for this. I live in the outskirts, somewhat, of a big city and commute with a 700a 3.75 and love it. If I was. City Boy I'd probably have an HeGoBoom 3.55, MagnaRide which is no longer available. I wish Ford would bring back the 3.31. that would be a great choice.

I'm getting around 19 City and 22.2 MPG Highway on the '25 GT Premium with Auto and 3.55 gears.

It's kind of strange people don't purchase V8s for mileage, yet Mustang V8s get better mileage than any V8s on the market. I'm debating a A10/3.15 on a 2026 supercharged. I'm sure the SC will make up for the sluggishness of an 18" wheeled 3.15 axle.

3.55s feel snappier off the line. There's a reason the PP and DH cars come with them.
