After stop and go traffic and small pulls in the city almost exclusively using the paddle shifters. Pulled into the driveway with 226 on the dash for the a10. Was actually 228 before I snapped the pic. Does ford have any guidelines on how hot the A10 actually gets? I’m aware the engine oil temp runs high but is it the same for the A10?

That’s normal temps. Mine reads 170-190 because I have trans fluid cooler.

I know the engine oil temp runs high. But the A10 trans temp runs high too? I have tried to find a range on google but can’t locate anything

that's normal. oil temps generally range between 200-220 if you're cruising. With the oil cooler and trans cooler on the Performance models and the DH, it'll be 180-200 usually.

So what is the cut off point when I should let things cool down? Really wish ford outlined these things online lol.

I would start worrying when I see transmission oil temps above 230 and it staying there. If I saw that, i would not be riding it out and barely pushing throttle

I would say 230.
That’s the temp I was thinking if my memory serves correct it got to 228-230 the other day but it didn’t stay long. I guess this is the curse of having a base model.

I have a base model 370z. Engine and trans temp are high too. Anything without cooler kit will get high temps.

Those are solid numbers.
