Does anyone know what the widest wheel we can fit in the back of the S650 is?

Apparently the overall tire height difference between 355/30/19 and 325/30/20 is only 0.3" inches and only 1/2 of that would extend upward into the wheel well. Is the top of your tire about to hit the shock mount or like 1/8 inch away from hitting it or something? I'm not sure what the first thing to hit height wise would be. I'm just guessing.

i dont have the option for smaller sidewalls. i have been thinking about getting some of those rear spring spacers

Widest we run with no rubbing issues is a 11.5 rear with 325/30/19

Could you have run 11's on all four corners?

19,000 mile update, my rear fitment has encountered a problem. my rear tire has gone in the fender well so much that it has flared it out slightly and caused minor paint cracking along the edge. with that being said, i no longer recommend anyone run a 19X12 with 355 width tires. 345 width will probably work fine, though. i will be designing something to fix this issue on my car because i'm too stubborn to give up that rear tire width

Just ordered the SVE R357 wheels (19x10 +35 mm offset/19x11 +50 mm offset) and I’m gonna go with the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires, which I seen you have on your car as well. I was also looking at getting the 285/30/19 up front and the 325/30/19 in the rear. Have you had any issues with rubbing and how are the tires? I’m also looking at getting the Ford Performance Track Lowering Spring kit, which lowers it about an inch. Do you think this set up will work without any issues?

Nice. I've had no problems with rubbing or anything else. Lowering the car wouldn't appear to cause any concern to me, and I've considered it.

The Michelin tires are better on a cold wet day than the stock Pirelli summer-rated tires are on a hot dry day (like for like sizes... I've had both brands on my '21 and '24 Mustangs). In fact, at this width, it's significantly harder to smoke the tires in a corner when you're trying, and even harder in a straight line. Sure the V8 will do it, but they are constantly trying to reconnect as fast as possible. However, the best part of breaking them free is that they keep grabbing and you have far superior (very predictable) control in a slide. When the Pirellis let go, you stop sliding when and where the road decides you've had enough. I drove the Michelins in the snow as well. I didn't feel unsafe. On rainy roads, the Pirellis scared me.

One caveat! These are wide tires and you feel that more when there's water on the road. Narrower Michelins (255/275) never resisted highway speeds through puddles of water. These don't go sideways or even slip, but you do feel it when you hit a puddle.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as the best all season tire you can get for this car. I know the Continentals (Extreme Contact) get good reviews as well and cost a little less per tire. But the Michelins are amazing.

my plan was to make a bodykit, but this year has been very unfavorable for that. i haven't had the time or patience to make it. it's a goal eventually, though

Running the same setup as you with GR6 10-spokes. I want to switch to 20" wheels with the same tire width, but I'm a little concerned that they might rub.
