Looks like blue smoke in the picture.Are you sure it's blue smoke, or is it condensation steam?

1 quart per oil change is NOT normal.Nothing out of the norm. About 1 quart per oil change
The local Ford dealers here in Phoenix do not want to fix it. They just follow their service manual which is an oil consumption test and mine is normal.Whoa. Its been almost two years. What is the dealer telling you when you take it in? That is most certainly a problem that should have been addressed a long time ago.
