No problem. Last time I spoke with him(September of '25) they had allocations for GT's but were limited on the DH. These things are hard to predict though so it's probably best to ask him.
I've purchased 5 Fords in the last 10 years from Dave Q at Kisselback Ford in St Cloud and he's always taken good care of me and my needs. They are mainly a truck dealer but could always get me what I wanted at a good price and has been a stand up guy with me. He's worth a call for sure.
I think they changed it a couple years ago and I also think he's talking about a base 6 speed car, but I could be wrong.
Brings up a great questions though, if speed was everything you don't think a base car with ~$100k in mods couldn't get you a faster track/street car then the DHSC? Even a...
I agree and it's even a compliment if you think about it, a car so good and composed it must be driven to the limit for it not to be boring. I'm not trying to diss the gt500 either by any means...I just find the manuals to be more engaging on the street and don't like waiting a month between...
About 6 hours total on the street, 3 hours to and from the track day I took it to and then 5 x 30 min sessions at the track. At the track the power was glorious, the weight was noticeable but manageable and on the street I was bored.
That admittedly is a small sample size compared to the 37...
Waiting on the cost and weight to really see, we all know the hp will be there with this thing. Kinda disappointed with no manual option but the DTC is really fun on track, it's just really boring on the street IMO. Maybe the manual DH with a whipple bolted on is the way to go for me but without...
I like the football reference!
Imagine a team spending twice as much as another team and losing every game to them including the Superbowl. But at least the Superbowl was a close game right?
That's the GTD vs ZR1 and maybe that's a bit disappointing to some.
Simple answer, it's not the car that matters just that it's in the way and that really upsets some people.
Same way some people don't like a thread title in all caps...why are you yelling at us. :)
I would check with Lebanon Ford in Ohio first and see what they have or can get, they sell new supercharged mustangs starting at $54k. See here: https://www.lebanonfordperformance.com/2025-lfp-supercharged-mustang-for-53995/
ok please post just one GTD for sale then, at any price btw. We’ll wait. The Mustang is the better investment for sure if you can get one while in a year or 2 the ZR1’s will be everywhere. Even better.
Dam...if you told me 5 years ago the top vette would have more power, faster lap times, and cost 6 figures less than the top mustang I would have said...GTFO you're crazy! 2025 is upside down.
You guys are thinking of dual clutch auto's and yes they'll free rev if you hold both paddles but the A10 doesn't do that unfortunately. With a torque converter auto like the A10 you can put it in neutral while moving(or still) and free rev just make sure the RPM's drop down to idle for a second...
Car shows where most of the cars have bra's and louvers instead of tint...eww. Don't forget to add NB sneakers and jorts to the list of expenses. :)
Most of the cars shows I've been to the women don't even have bra's...
