Pioneer 10”, Skar 800w and the LC2i Pro. Really basic and inexpensive.

Testing both the pioneer and the redline, redline does have a little better bass and does come in sooner than the pioneer. I also feel it is louder with no polyfill either. Had it up to 22 and no cracking, nice tight, bass. I'll drive it for a couple weeks and then put the pioneer back in to test it again.

I guess it's my turn to join the bandwagon and upgrade the subwoofer on my 2024 Premium Mustang. The stock subwoofer has been rather disappointing, and I'm hoping this upgrade will provide the punch I'm looking for. I've already taken some initial measurements using my miniDSP UMIK-1 calibrated microphone and REW software. My goal is to approach this from a technical data perspective rather than just subjective sound improvement.

I plan to complete the installation in the next few days and will share comparison graphs between the stock subwoofer and the Pioneer TS-A250D4. I'll also run tests with and without polyfill. If there's anything specific you’d like me to test, please let me know.

Maybe this has been asked already and I missed it.
Both the Pioneer and Redline have same type of connections on the subwoofer (PIC 1). How are the suggested aftermarket connectors (PIC 2) attached to those connectors on the subwoofer, as the connections are totally different?

I believe you cut the end off and strip. You also can solder tin the ends so the wire doesn't fray.
