Would be a good idea to drop your VIN to @rugedraw and he can see if you have the correct BCM part number (I know your car was built just recently).

I have his VIN. He is on the AAS version and is showing a BCM update pending.

So then it's not just Job2 (which I'm 99.999% sure his car is), but it's a BCM update regardless.

Less than 10 minutes. Perhaps it is an assumption that the job 2 cars are already on the newer version of the BCM? I'm not sure. Someone with a job 2 would have to pony up and try it like you did to see what happens.

My office is above my garage. The only access to it is thru the garage. Everytime I go to/from my office, my Mustang GT wakes up as in a greeting and saying, "Let's go for a ride!". I talk back to her saying, "in a little while" or "Not today, it's raining" or something like that.

I don't talk to mine, I just put my foot in it's ass and listen to it growl at me.
