With the s650 GT being an AWD hybrid v8 - would it still be considered a muscle car?

That would be interesting to see, but I'm betting AWD is reserved for the autos.
AWD will jack the price up considerably.
Probably AWD with an eco-boost I doubt you can put a heavy V-8 in with AWD, but I’m not certain.
possibly the 50 L after 2026 will be gone. The Ford Mustang will probably be one of the last muscle cars of this era.
Personally , I wouldn’t have an electric Mustang shoved up my ass sideways.
I‘m 76 & I enjoy driving where & where I want without having to plan a Charging stop…
Freedom to drive where you want is something they can’t take away.

I think Ford has said the V8 mustang will continue thru at least 2030. And I believe it is the last V8 muscle car with the Camaro and Challenger both out of production now.
