Wheel Spacers, A Few Questions

I have a set of 19x9 PP1 wheels that I run for winter season with winter tires, I ran them this last winter without spacers and I now have RTR 19x9.5 Tech 5 wheels on for summer and like the way the improved offset looks with wheels being more flush with fenders.
So doing some research on possible spacers for the PP1's for the upcoming season and have a few questions.
1. is going with 25mm the best size, have read anything smaller will not fit and require trimming studs.
2. anyone use the Motorsport tech spacers? read these are one of the best brands and quality.
3. do you torque the spacer the same 150 lb. as the wheels?
4. what is the best method to use to hold the front hub from spinning while installing front spacers?
5. are the spacers easily taken back off when I put the RTR's back on after winter seasons?
still debating if I want to use spacers, never have before, but like the appearance with flush fitment.

I’m always going to support installing extended studs and using slip on spacers. That’s what I did on mine. 25mm front, 20mm rear. Stick a screwdriver in the brake cooling duct or have someone hold the brake in the car when installing to stop spinning. You will need open ended lug nuts as well.

If just for the winter tires, I wouldn't... Keep them winter tires under the car so they don't throw all the road grit on the car... My $.02.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing last winter when I was considering spacers for the winter wheels, will have to think it over more, have plenty of time. I do have splash guards on so that helps some.

What brand do you all think is the best? It is probably between Motorsport Tech, Eibach or H&R, if I ever did decide to try them out. cost of them does not matter, did not look like any of the spacers cost a whole lot, want the best quality for best safety and durability.

Exactly. Any non factory offset figure shifts extra load onto the smaller outer wheel bearing. It's the larger inner bearing that is designed to carry the main wheel loading.

Did some more research, and looks like motorsport tech is probably the highest quality, and also read that getting their steel spacers would be even stronger than the aluminum ones. is 25mm the smallest spacer that will fit without trimming wheel studs? as it looks like motorsport tech can make them any size you want in 1mm increments. Just googled that and looks like yes 25mm is the limit without cutting studs. also looks like using an anti seize on hub face would be smart so easier to remove the spacers.
