They are as UPR had to send the new brackets out for this kit to be anodized black. Once they come back from anodize we'll install them on our car and update the pics for the black anodized version.

I had a UPR catch can on my S550 (passenger side). I kept it thinking of would fit directly in my S650. From your post I get the impression I'm better off selling it and getting a new one when it's developed for the S650? I imagine it's probably going to be the same (excellent) can with different length hoses that will allow us to tuck it in a good spot?

The S650 kit is indeed different from the S550 kit you have. This due to the different intake design of the 2024 and the can needing to be relocated for proper fitment. Same awesome product just updated brackets/hoses for proper fitment on the new platform.

If ordering the catch cans AND the UPR Pro-Series Billet Check Valve does it come with an additional hose to be able to interpose the check valve on the line, or is some modification to the hose supplied with the PCV catch can required?

Is there any benefit to running the check valve on ann NA engine - I see you said it does no harm, but does it do any good?

Ford recommends it if you are tracking the car, so I have to think the engineers had a reason for making that recommendation.
