In your position I’d want to check the VIN myself. Also, maybe contact Ford directly to see if they deem it a reason for the dealership to hold the car.
It would be a shame to have to change your forum name…
1. Is this actually a safety recall for which they must hold the car?
2. Have you put the VIN number in here to see if your car is actually affected: https://www.ford.com/support/recalls-details/mustang/2025/
It looks like you have pretty much everything you want... If you have the non-hp version, I'd go for a splitter and spoiler - will probably run to more than your windfall though...
Smaller aestehtic things - some coloured lettering for under the hood, clear intake covers, interior RGB dome...
Going round corners with any degree of speed I feel the dark horse has more roll than it should, so in your situation I would consider minimum drop springs, sway bars and if you haven’t already then a stop the hop kit.
Aren't the store liable for a runaway trolley? Cleary didn't originate from a trolley bay just floating around on its own. You have it on camera, so I'd have thought it's worth a try.
Urgh so the whole reason I wanted to use valet mode was to preserve my settings in case of technicians fiddling with the OBC, but I tried it this morning (it’s actually no use for service as it also locks the trunk), after switching it off I noticed that some of my settings did not revert for...
Do any of you guys put it into valet mode when you take the car to the dealer for servicing? Wondering if it blocks them out of anything they need access to for a standard service. I always find it annoying when you get the car back and find that settings have been changed, like seat positions...
I have the 10R80 and none of this happens on mine, so I would not consider it to be normal. I'd suggest you try a few different dealers until you find one whose technicians actually care. By gear skipping do you mean on the way up or down?
See first page here for some useful info, covers some of what you’re asking about: https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/changing-diff-ratios.165888/
@Gunnar2015 I really don’t think your seat memory is functioning properly, did you try resetting everything like I suggested? If that still fails do as @A.alansari has suggested.
