  1. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

I tried the double press a little slower but (in track mode) it still cycled through every gear.
  2. S650 Magneride unlocked ā—ļø

If this opens up magneride settings, could it be possible to use FORScan now to allow magneride settings to be selectable independently from drive mode? Or would you need to replace the magneride module? Thinking for choice in the custom drive modes, it would be nice to have some basic...
  3. First Time at the Track - Dark Horse - Road America

My first go on the track will be in October, I’ve got an advanced driving course followed the next weekend by a drift evening, and then first track day in November. Looking forward to it, consuming all the HPDE content I can find ahead of that. I am halfway through this series and finding it...
  4. First Time at the Track - Dark Horse - Road America

It's only 100 miles, why wouldn't you drive it? Unless you've heavily modified it for track use, it's a great daily driver. There are track sections in the owners manual which set out the recommended track cold and warm tire pressures, so would just follow those first time out. BTW those...
  5. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

I’ve tested this today, double press (as quickly as I can possibly do it) both up and down through the gears (whilst not in manual mode) and it doesn’t skip going either way. Because the gear change is so smooth you might be missing it but it’s definitely there in the exhaust note.
  6. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

That seems strange because the behaviour you’ve described is exactly what the car should do if you gun in.
  7. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

I don’t understand what you’re saying the second quick click before a gear shift is supposed to do?
  8. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

Not sure what you guys mean by this, double tapping the paddles will drop two gears, no? What do you mean by shift twice rather than shifting gears - what's the difference?
  9. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

I think I'd like that too, especially as the first 2km I drove it lightly for bedding in period, and only approaching 6k now. Also some journeys I like to get on it and others just cruise, so I don't like the idea of the algorithm deciding how I want the car to respond. AI suggests it's a...
  10. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

The thing that annoys me most about the automatic gearbox is that when slowing down gently to between 20-35kmh (lots of speed bumps here) it drops down only to 3rd gear, when ideally you’d want to be pulling away in 2nd, so either you have to intervene with the paddles, or by jabbing or mashing...
  11. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

You and I both know plenty of tuners frequent this forum.
  12. Can the S650 10R80 be tuned to skip more gears?

Or for a Mustang enthusiasts forum…
  13. Upper trunk roof lining. DIY.

I was living in perfectly blissful ignorance until you posted this, now I know what a mess it is back there I want to do something about it. I can't believe that's how Ford let's it leave the factory - just so unfinished! I wish I hadn't seen it for myself now too...
  14. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? šŸ™‹šŸ»‍ā™‚ļø

Who is they? Content creators with specialist sound equipment...?
  15. CHECK YOUR PAINT!

Until the workshop photos I would have sworn your car was Vapour blue!
  16. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? šŸ™‹šŸ»‍ā™‚ļø

That’s because once you’ve taken the red pill you won’t go back.
  17. Vapid Dominator GT (10R80, 401A, PP, AE, NPP, MR, Recaro)

Why is this an issue for the transmission? As noted above, the car is capable of 156mph before hitting the limiter.
  18. Darkhorse SC's AVE button to non-SC car?

Sooo much dust on there I’m surprised someone hasn’t inscribed ā€œclean meā€ šŸ˜‚
  19. Red eye badges

Wow Ninjak, she looks meaner every time you put up a new photo. How much camber is that on the front, looks very noticeable?
