And FRAP is down all this month and likely all next month ... when they start back, they will still be building 2024's.

As explained above they are still scheduling 2024 builds so no!

any vin of a 2025 will probably be something like "1FA(6/G)P8(TH/CF/UH/R0)-S5(1/4/5)-----"

I ordered mine on July 20 with the 60th anniversary package and I am still waiting for the confirmation email. My guy at the dealership said its normal a wait a few weeks especially when changing over model years.

I would check with your sales manager, I got a confirmation of my order the same day the order was placed. Ford sent me an email. this was on July 17th, the day order banks opened for 2025's

Ordered on Aug-2, got email from Ford the next day.
Ordering manager estimasted 3~4 months until MY25 production starts. When adding 60th Anniversary pack, a pop-up says "late availability".

I ordered a 2025 Dark Horse on July 31st, and received a copy of the approved DORA from the dealer, but no emails from Ford yet. I don’t think they are starting production until November, so I think it’s going to be a while before they send out those emails.

Yeh I was told by my guy who orders all the Mustangs and Raptors, I might not receive it till December or January of next year. Which I am totally fine with that since I have been waiting for the 60th anniversary mustang when the new 24 model was released.
