I kept the fender emblems from my first mustang (a 2001 v6, t-boned and totalled by a careless driver). The emblems are also silver pony over three-color strips. If I found them I may try to attach them to my grille.

you need to select (activate) custom mode using buttons on the steering wheel if not in custom mode already, choosing on the touch screen only selects which will be activated the next time

I would have the dealer look into it as soon as I can. My GM truck bought new in 2023 had a similar issue: need to tilt steering wheel to keep going straight. The front alignment was off, the dealer fixed it when I brought it back.

the steering wheel sign in dash indicates the current steering mode, the one in your picture is "comfort" mode iirc
