Removing the resonator and replacing it with an X or H pipe will sound great. The factory resonators dampen the sound quit a bit. As far as drone goes I wouldn't expect any from the resonator delete by itself. Only when you start adding headers and catback/axlebacks into the mix will that have the potential to cause drone depending on the setup. If the resonators are removed and an H pipe installed, would it sound better? What about drone?

Hey there.I'm interested in the Corsa double H pipe but it is pretty expensive. Is there a significant difference in tone compared to a single H pipe? I haven't really been able to find any comparison videos between a single H and double H on the same Mustang.
Sounds good, thanks!Hey there.
I've had both a traditional H midpipe and Corsa HH midpipe - there's a difference and it is noticeable, but it's not as drastic as when you go from stock to either of the midpipes. I enjoyed the Corsa HH most when it came to headers and high-flow cats.
Let us know if we can help out with either midpipe option!
