I’m in the same boat. Mines been built since 10/10 and is still sitting at the plant. My dealership contacted the regional rep yesterday who said there’s no ETA. So I’m gonna have to keep waiting till who knows when.
Yep. My sales person just keeps telling me she’ll let me know as soon as she hears something. It is certainly a mystery how Ford manages their shipments.
Mine was built 10/25 and it said it shipped by rail 10/26. But it's still in Oakwood, MI lol. But the delivery was 11/10-11/23. But now it's 11/1-11/13. Lol I honestly don't know what to believe as it has changed 4 times alreadyI dont understand the long waits. Mine was built 10/11, finally shipped 10/28. Mine is coming by convoy. Dealer says 3 days to get here, Ford says expected arrival 11/9-11/18–huh?

They get shipments together to head to the same areas/yards abroad, then the local/regional carrier trucks take them to the respective dealers. So they are not going to just ship one or two cars to the TX yard closest to you.
You were 100% spot on with that. My dealer just called me saying the car was in Atlanta GA. Now. Should be on the way to the dealership today and ready for pickup next week. That happened fast.
I understand that part of it. I am just having a hard time understanding how the volume to the Austin/ San Antonio area could be low compared with other parts of the country.
Mine arrived in Birmingham on Monday. Just waiting to get notification that it's at the dealership. Still sitting at the railyard.

I was hoping for this Saturday, but that dream is looking less and less like a reality. My salesman said if he could go over to the yard and get it he would. Apparently the carrier has to deliver it. Hoping it doesn't sit too much longer.
It will probably get to them tomorrow or tonight depending on the carrier. I hope mine leaves tomorrow also. Atlanta pretty much moves fast so I'm hoping we both get our cars Saturday. But I know, no later than Tuesday.
