Finally bought my wife s stage II Whipple kit. Without searching 1000 posts, please provide any recommendations on additional add ons or supporting mods that the kit doesn’t include. I bought a whipple catch can so far. Thanks everyone.

Is it an auto? does she plan on racing? I put my Whipple on two years ago all I changed was the rear axles and bigger sticky tires. Also the full Steeda stop the hop kit and diff braces.

I've been looking into this recently because I plan to get a supercharger this winter. Currently I'm thinking:

1. VMP Stage 2 Whipple kit. The kit comes with some of the items needed beyond just the sc.

2. Steeda Ultimate Stop The Hop kit. Already have it, but not installed yet.

3. Upgraded axles, haven't chosen a set yet.

4. Upgraded driveshaft, haven't chosen one yet.

5. Wider wheels with drag radials, haven't chosen any yet.

6. Long tube headers, probably Kooks or similar.

7. The Lethal Double H pipe with resonators sounds good to me.

Not sure what else yet.

1. Great.

2. Good investment

3. Ford Performance gets the job done. If you have a DH handling pack, you're good to go, depending on power levels

4. CF driveshaft one-piece will do the job.

5. I run 325 out back. Goodyear F1 Supercar 3R. (track/street tire)

6. Hmmm. I have spoken to several people saying the shorties on the DH are fine and that LT's on our cars are not worth the cost.

7. Sounds good, I run the Steeda single X-pipe.

Only one necessary mod. Remove the cats. They will fail and could be a big problem if they plug the exhaust as they fail.
X2….. love love LOVE my whipple stage 2, that being said, I had off road long tube headers installed just prior to the blower.

also get the plug and play BAP and run the car on E30, download the E85 calculator app
14.4 gal tank, it will do the math, then you’ll know you’re not octane limited

I personally never do back to back WOT pulls

You can to plenty of back to back WOT pulls once you get the cats out of the way. The whipple tunes are safe for the masses to be stupid with the car.
