Well, I have officially had my car for one year. I picked it up on September 1, 2023, which was the day after Hurricane Idalia rolled though our area and knocked out most everyone’s power. I now have 8,662 miles on my car with everything from 1,000 mile road trips and driving around town to the drag strip and race track. While the car certainly isn’t perfect, I absolutely love it. I still enjoy just looking at it or getting in and driving. It’s crazy to see people posting about waiting for their 2024 Mustang to be built when I’ve been driving mine for a year now. For those waiting, I hope you enjoy your car as much as I enjoy mine!

Here are a couple then versus now photos.

I've had mine for 8 months and I agree, love it. My previous car was a 2017 Porsche 911 which cost double and I like this better. My only complaint is the drift brake which is stupid imo. I have not had any problems.

Mine will be a year old at the end of the month... I was reminded of this when I got the renewal notice for license tags, lol.

Hoping to have my Dark Horse by early-mid October? I have the Window Sticker and it is currently in production. Ordered on 3/28/2023....523 days and counting. I have to believe It's going to be one of the last 2024s built. Hoping to get a couple trips around the block with it before I have to put it away.

Wow that's a long wait, I ordered my GT PP June 17th and they started building it last week
Maybe make like the birds and head south for the winter and enjoy that car 😉

Tire manufacturers invented drifting 😂 I'll never use mine 😉

I will have had mine two months on Sept 6. I stopped into Redner's today to get milk and walking back I thought that is one beautiful car. So far, I am happy with mine and glad I gave up waiting for a Z convertible. There, I sad it, it is now out in the open, untethered, I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The biggest problem I have is the delay when changing displays. If Ford can get that figured out, then I will be a happy camper. Oh!, my second biggest problem is keeping my foot off the accelerator. Same, My 1yr is 9/11/23 with about 6900 miles with a couple of long road trips and some around town driving. Love dropping the top and cruising. Couldn't be happier with ours as well.

My one year anniversary is 10/09. I have about 11,500 miles on it. It is my daily driver. I'm still in love with the car. Just wish the infotainment systems bugs would get fixed with the updates.

@krisk and other posters on this thread. AWESOME cars. A line of beauties. No wonder you love them. Mine sat on a dealer's lot for some time. That turned-out to be good for me. I got an amazing deal on it. It is a 2024 GT Premium Convertible. I had no choice of ordering options (probably would have clicked-on the active valve but an H pipe could add some aftermarket boost Ha Ha). The dealer ordered it with vapor blue paint, space gray seat trim (nice in hot weather) 401A package, 19" star rims and the B&O sound system with trunk sub. I had a choice of getting a new 2023 for the same price and it had more options (active exhaust etc.). It was tripple black which looked "gangsta - cool" but the boss (aka the wife) preferred the vapor blue. When checking things out it became clear that there were a considerable number of changes and improvements over the 550 model (I was told more than 50) - waaay more than guys on forums were saying. The S650 is NOT a cosmetic changed S550. I was a bit leery about the "glass" instrument panel but now I love it. Shock alert - the young salesman was imo honest. He said get the 2024 it's the way Ford is going to go and handles better than the 550. I think it does handle better than the S500 - for sure it handles night and day better than the 2014 Stang convertible I sold my friend. Like others on this thread said, I love driving it, I love looking at it and how about the twin induction with twin air boxes with snorkles running to the front grille. I could look at that engine all day, LOL - so could my friends. Even the "cheesy" remote rev is hilarious. First time I did that at a party, the reactions were too funny. Shock and awe baby! yes, we are lucky to be able to afford these Mustangs during some hard times when many can't but I suspect all of us have worked hard to do so. IMO you can't touch the Mustang for looks and fun at anywhere near the price and the 2024 IMO is, hands down, the best iteration of the brand. Heck it looks awesome parked at Walmart (and sure draws a crowd).
