Yep noticed that too. The last pony redesign was in 2010.

It certainly looks that way.........and it's not an improvement to my eyes.

It's very similar to the pony that already exists on the '15+ steering wheel, as that lacks detail, too.

Maybe they are hinting on the arrival of the 3-cylinder EcoBoost from the European Focus

It's Ford's way of gradually making the Mustang just disappear . . . It starts off slowly by screwing with an iconic product when creating and branding the MockEry as if it belonged, then when no one is paying attention, they're now gradually making the iconic running pony disappear from the original Mustang... then it will be "no more"....




On a softer note - yes, the "redesign" of the Mustang Pony emblem is "blah" and has no characteristics if that is the "new" emblem on the upcoming model.

2010-current is the best IMO. The flat one looks like a Christian Bale Batman cut one he made for his Mustang friends.

Sorry, not a fan. Certain things should carry over as the continuum rolls forward. The horse logo has been for the most part a 3-D figure. It should stay that way regardless of what's "in fashion".

Anybody else noticed the intro of it is much likely the startup animation of the digital gauges? You can even see the space on the curved bottom edge of the display and the dark blue color that we saw in the leaks
