Thank you.Yes, the Ecoboost Mustang is a 2.3 4 cylinder turbo
no its Ready To Rock, Vaughn confirmed it a long time agoI guess, didn't someone at some point say that isn't it?
Steering/suspension parts and maybe the diff cooler? What Darkhorse parts are they using. I think it’s pretty cool.
That is not announced yet. If I had to guess, I'd say brake hardware, suspension bits, and cooling hardware. What Darkhorse parts are they using. I think it’s pretty cool.
Right, that was the entire point of my comment. This livery had one job, and that was to get people talking about the car. It's more than done its job. I doubt this is anything more than a fancy camouflage. You cant honestly tell me you think this car looks good?
I think if they showed pictures in atlas blue or grabber blue....or race red....I think the reaction would have been much different.....
I saw it today at the Detroit show and it doesn't have the oil cooler - the driver side lower grille is closed off. That is not announced yet. If I had to guess, I'd say brake hardware, suspension bits, and cooling hardware.
I agree 100%. This is the HPP all over again with a lot of new and fresh improvements. I'm excited, huge candidate as my next vehicle.I don't understand the response to this.
A lot of people thought that the EB Performance Pack for the S650 wasn't enough, as it was effectively wider tires and Brembo brakes on the Ecoboost without any of the bonus styling (no NPP, no BAP).
Ford then removes the EBPP entirely. Everyone, understandably, gets upset due to the removal of what made the EB a fun car to drive. Turns out, as I had hypothesized on multiple occasions, they had removed the EBPP for this - which is borrowing parts from the Dark Horse and, reportedly, is likely going to massage the 2.3 to produce more power.
We're basically getting a High-Performance Package again, but people are upset that it's RTR-branded? And that the show car was unveiled using a one-off livery that we're probably not even going to have the opportunity to purchase?
Don't kink-shameWhy would you cover up a perfect Jennifer Lawrence body with a gallon of blue ripple paint?
Did you read the article? It's a one off wrap camo that won't be sold. It comes in normal colors. When I first saw a photo of the RTR Eco-Boost, I thought it was a design disguise to cover up what it was going to look like in the real world. My bad! To say it is ugly is an understatement! It begs the question... Why would you cover up a perfect Jennifer Lawrence body with a gallon of blue ripple paint?
