He is from the EU, so it always comes in a GT with Active Exhaust. EU Mustangs are GT Premiums with Performance pack, the 401A and Active Exhausts.

You probably paid for it. Businesses are smart with marketing. Sometimes they give some extra's for 'free'. Yesterday I bought a car cover from Amazon an it had pretty good reviews just for 60 bucks.
