My new Mustang GT has annoying issues.

Today the dealer's service diagnosed, that the buttons must be replaced and within 7 working days the issue will be fixed. Just waiting for the buttons to be delivered to the service, as it is coming from Germany

this is the Polish car reality - the button cluster must be imported from Germany after The Germans agreed to replace it in my steering wheel

The Car Play screen going Back seems to be an issue for a lot of us?
I use the Car Play wireless app.
Mine will go Black Screen for about 2-3 minutes and then come back on and Stay On.
It doesn’t do it often, but it has done it.

Update after almost 7 months of back and forth fighting, Ford finally agreed to buy back the vehicle. It unfortunately kind of left a bad taste in my wife's mouth regarding mustangs, on a positive note now she wants a new raptor lol.

I agree, luckily my 25 dark horse runs like a top, aside from the factory paint issues that were approved under warranty that im still waiting to have painted almost 5 months later hahhaha. But hey they tell me any day they will get final approval to go drop the car off at the body shop.

What was the issue that prompted the buyback?

Its broke down and left my wife stranded at 800 miles, needed a transmission replacement at 1200 miles, at 1500 miles they found issues with the timing chain, around 2k miles started having charging system issues so they replaced the alternator and its been consuming 3/4 quart of oil every 500-600 miles.

Did you ever find out why it was using oil?
