Has anyone looked under the rear parcel shelf at the rear speakers and opened the sub woofer box. Since when were B & O speakers made in Vietnam. Ford sound system information sheet rates the system at 900 watts (possibly 50-75 watt rms which is generous). Rear parcel speakers are 25 watts each leaving 850 watts. Sub could be 100 watts max leaving 750 watts. Door bass speaker the same 170mm as rear parcel shelf, so minus 25 watt leaves 725 watts. This leaves the three 80mm mid range and two 25mm tweeters up front to share 725 watts. Even if you boosted the subs potential to 500 watt (which would see the voice coil stretched to the max and quickly developing voice coil strap) the left over power would be 325 watts for the fronts.
The only thing about this system that could be B & O is the DSP unit. Speakers ..................no.
B & O Sound System...........no.
I own a pair of Bang and Olufsen Beolab 5 speakers. These are B & O.
