When I first got the car, it felt unstable as hell above 60mph or so, complained to dealer "Nothing wrong" but I'm pretty sure they didn't remove the shipping blocks because it was night and day difference, I also don't think just putting the air strakes in is gonna fix it pitching that badly.

Car seems to behave as it likes, the suspension is very non compliant. Before I thought the rear shocks were just weak, Some days I can get the rear end to shake like its a waterbed after I've parked.

The rear end of the car seems to squat its full length of travel if I go on/off throttle with the RPMs up high, in normal mode. Does this less if I put suspension into sport/sport+

Recently I was going from 7th to 3rd with the car in sport or track mode, on relatively flat pavement (I've done this here before, and not had it happen) and the vehicle pitched hard to the front passenger side.

Tire pressures all claim to be 34 cold, 38 warm (its still kinda chilly here)

I have a feeling the dealer I'm dealing with is just trash, and that I should just go elsewhere.

Shocks seem to be very unlikely to be causing the car to change directions. The magneride shocks are basic shocks when the car is off. The shocks controls vertical movement momentum to minimize it and slow the movement down. It sounds to me one fo these 2 issues.

1. You have either loss of tire grip (chilly as you said) if the temp is still low where you live.

2. Your suspension is out of adjustment / loose somewhere and causing a bind when compressed that breaks free at some point. It could be as simple as tire rub if you put aftermarket where on your car.

What makes your description very odd is that you talk about the rear on acceleration and the front on deceleration with a direction change. Makes me to believe it is a suspension problem.

I can think of a few things...

- Lower tire pressures to 32-23, cold. I don't think this is the root cause, but 34 cold seems a bit much. Check the placard in the door jamb

- Reset Magneride. The process might be different to reset or zero-out the system in the S650, but there is one for the Mustang and Magneride. The dealer should be able to accomplish

- Per the warranty, you are allowed one free alignment in the first 12 months. Have it done and ask for a print-out, confirming the settings, before, and after, if any adjustments are made

Edit,

- Have the dealer hock up to the car, study modules and their software. This will confirm all electronics have connectivity, are working correctly and have the latest software
