No, I only saw on the salesperson's computer that the vehicles in-transit were all MY 2024.50.Anyone has ā2024.5 model yearā in the order?
Seems like MY24.0 could come without the spoiler, and MY24.5 with... Are we able to complain about this in Ford Europe? @Ford Motor Company doesn't say anything hereMine is MY24. Built in Jan 12th if that helps.
I have a pretty cool dealer and my order has a specific spoiler added (though it might be the smaller one). I donāt want to make it an issue until itās clear that I wonāt have any. I will call them next week and will verify it.I'd deffo get in touch with customer services in ford Europe, I did with Ford UK when my dealer was being 'economical' with updates on my order.
They assigned me a Customer eXperience Executive (CXE) who stayed in pre-arranged contact until the situation was resolved and things were back on track.
