I'm sentimental about my cars, so everytime I sell or trade one it's a hard choice. But I did learn a lot from that M1 experience. I learned not to buy a track car as a daily driver, and dont modify suspension (or buy a moded car) unless it's done all at once by a legitimate pro shop that will stand by their work. I also learned that manuals are truly awesome...in a second car. 🤣

Now that I know better, I'm considering getting an inexpensive manual car that I can track and beat on without stressing out over how pristine it is like I did with the M1.
I would do the same if I had room in the garage or driveway. I need Land!

Just the current one. I was pretty much a life long GM guy...........................until they took the bail out money. My last 3 cars (before the GT) were all Ford (Focus); SE/Sport, ST, & RS.
