Is this documented somewhere?

That would seem silly ... spend MORE money than someone who bought no maintenance plan and not get the points.

Unless your "discount" on the maintenance plan is USING those points to pay for the difference. How much was the discount? About US$210 or so? That's what the 42K points are worth.
Don't recall if the points were used to discount, might have been, the plan (LMP) cost less than $100 and covers the car for 36 mos/36K. Hell just one service visit, oil(Full Syn)-filter change, multi-point inspection, would run me about $80, so its a good deal to me.

So it cost $210 + $100.

I got 42k points. I went with WeatherTech but not the top of the line but the next one down. It is more "rubbery" than the top of the line and is fine. I'm going to use my points for either a trunk liner or strut tower brace.

You don't get any Reward Points if you opt for the Discounted Maintenance Plan.
Someone may have gotten scammed. I told the finance manager that I did NOT want the "Discounted Maintenance Plan" and still got the Reward Points for purchasing the vehicle.

So it cost $210 + $100.
No...my total cost for the MTC Plan was $70 plus tax. The 42K points comes to $210 equivalent, so I see what you're saying. I gave up the points for the plan, plus $70 + tax. Think it all equals out in the end.

I tried to get the points. Went into FordPass, under Missing Reward Points, added in the purchased info. Got a pop-up saying:

I would call that number and ask for clarification. Furthermore, work with your sales person to resolve this issue. I know for a fact that I did not purchase the “Discounted Maintenance Plan”. I’ve gone through my financial paperwork and there is no sign or mention of that plan.

If you're responding to @RLE55, note that he DID get the discounted maintenance plan, so I'm not sure what he needs clarification on.

I love these. I have something VERY similar that came with my S550. I did just email my dealer to ask him if the purchase of my Dark Horse comes with these or if I can use my Ford Points to get a set.

Those are the ones I have. I originally had the Weather-tech ones but didn't like them. The wifey's 24 VW Atlas has Tuxmats and they are excellent as well.
