fords order tracking web does not work why?

every I try to track my order I get nothing. I have all the right infor but does nothing?????!!!

I was told it doesn’t work until you’re in production. I don’t believe that is true. I’ve chatted and called and no one is able to fix mine.

If a Member has Order #, VIN and the site is still not responding, check the following:

- Ad Blockers should be disabled
- Anti-virus settings can sometimes block
- Try a different browser; some work better than others
- Attempt to access the site on a computer, instead of via cell phone

Sometimes the site is down for maintenance or updates, especially on the weekends.

The short answer is that the trackers are often inaccurate. This is nothing specific to Ford nor the Mustang, and can be found with other manufacturers as well.

It is one of those things that is great when it actually worse, but I feel it also creates a deeper disappointment when it doesn't.
