Same here. I’ve been trying all morning but according to chat, my status is the same as it has been for the last 3 weeks. Must be a system glitch. I was hoping Ford was updating my status, but no such luck!

It says “We’re sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.”

No, that is exactly what mine is doing as well. The online chat rep said my status of in production hasn’t changed and to reach out to my dealer.

Mine is showing enter a valid VIN also. I think it's just something to do with the tracking system. There are too many people I know getting the same thing.
