Where are you guys getting your VIN & build date info from? The dealer or ford directly?

Ford emails. My dealer told me they’ll believe the build date when they see it. He doesn’t believe the dates coming from Ford.

Well Guys and Gals, we're approaching June, even though I sent my build in on March 27th still no word. Decided to not worry about it. When I get the email from Ford or a call from my dealer with a VIN and build date, at that time I will re-engage. Weather is nice, Ford Nationals is this weekend, GM Nationals is in a couple of weeks and Corvettes at Carlisle will be in August. For now, just enjoy the sports cars I have until I get the word on my Mustang.

I got the e-mail with my build date; It also invites me to track my car by pressing "Accept and Track"
When I do so it replies "Sorry we are unable to process this order. Enter a valid Ford Order and VIN"
Both those numbers were pre-filled out by Ford

I'm having that same issue.

My order tracker hasn't updated since 5/5 after receiving a build date. Similar story for anyone here?

Same. Says week of 6/20 for prod

I checked back today they moved my day up 4 days. And now mine says in production. I cannot view the window sticker yet.

Same for me. It went from week of 6/15 to 6/12 and into "Production"

Mine was originally scheduled for 07/31, and bumped up to 07/24.

My tracker does not show that the car has even been scheduled.

Looks like some people got better luck then me with production. I ordered 4/19, set for production on 4/20 with email saying week of 6/19. One week later the tracker said the week of 6/12 then after the plant reopened it went to 6/13. Then as of today it says my car is not even scheduled. I hope its just the system working itself out and not delayed.
