Connect the negative cable for the charger here (circled in red) and not directly on the terminal. If you go directly on the battery post, it will bypass the BMS sensor and mess the BMS data.

Yea, I meant with FORScan or a code reader. Check for any codes in the TCU or GWM that can be atributed to connectivity issues.
i found all these errors I cleared them went for 2 mins ride and checked again but didn't appear

Well, the TCU code was relevant, but it a stored code and not an active fault at the time you checked. Unless it's intermittent and coming on and off?

yea it happened 3 times by now first time it stopped working after 1 week it worked for a day then 2 or 3 weeks not working then worked for a day then stopped again and the third time started working a week ago for a day as well and stopped

Check the connections at the TCU would be my best guess.

sorry for the stupid question but how should i do that?
I'm not sure where it is in these cars, but I'll pull the schematics in PTS tomorrow.

Mine did it again. It seems to happen when I'm working on something switching the ign on/off a few times. Battery was at 12v, charged it overnight and it has happy little cells now.

I don't know what happened but I took the car Thursday for deep cleaning and after that the app started working normally since then
