Hi all,
my apple car play worked seamlessly until recently. I’ve purchased my 2024 Mustang brand new in Dubai and have recently imported it to Switzerland. The company who imported it updated the TCU module to make the satnav and general connectivity to work (and it all works) but mysteriously the wireless connection to apple car play stopped working. By USB it works.
They took the car to the ford dealership who claims it is an issue on the servers of Ford. I don’t see how that is possible honestly as the handshake between phone and car for wireless CarPlay is a Bluetooth/wifi protocol and shouldn’t have anything to do with servers.. anyone has some pointers, ideas or similar experiences?
