Hi Ford!!! I live in Australia. Please will you adapt the centre console in the new Mustang for the right hand drive market. It is impossible to change gear in the current model without knocking over the contents of the cup holders, and the handbrake requires a redesign of the elbow to manoeuvre!

Seems to be hit and miss, some tick and some don’t. Honestly, I think the addition of DI to the Gen3 is what most people hear (some I’m sure do have a different tick). Did my first oil change about a month or so ago and have yet to hear a tick but I do hear the DI pump kick in if I listen hard enough.
Also on a clear quiet night if you listen you can hear a Chevrolet rust.

Hi guys,
can you please remove or change the MSRP on the Dark Horse Model. I tried to get on a list to purchase one from local dealer here in Lowell, Ma. and they told me that to get on the list I would have to pay 20K ADM on top of the MSRP due to extreme exclusivity of the model. I left the dealer thinking that Ford has gone up market and can't control the dealers or provide any help to long time customers of the brand on this forum. Then I came across this article on MSN web site to share with CEO Jim F and others.

This noise is coming from the bottom of the motor, and is sort of random. I can also feel it in the shift knob when Im sitting at a stop in neutral. The DI tick is consistent with RPM, whereas the noise Im hearing is not, and goes away as soon as I rev the motor past about 1k
That's not the "tick". That's something else.

That's the dealer marking up the price. Find a different dealer.

how does the allocation work, I've seen people with orders on the first day and still no vin or build date, and I've seen people ordering in late May and getting a VIN and build date.

I want to know what the deal is with no black painted roofs. I ordered a GT premium with Nite Pony Package on 3/27 and have yet to see a build date while other people who ordered NPP already have build dates at the same time Ford was saying no black painted roofs.
So confused!!!

Welome @Ford Motor Company

My question is when are you going to update the build page on your website so #1 we can build a convertible and #2 the images become live so we can view various options like wheels, interior, spoilers, etc.?

People who don't want to wait, should probably be cancelling their NP package at this point.

Maybe that is possible in your area, but here in NE area all the dealers are asking the similar number above MSRP. Given the allocations of 1-2 DH vehicle per dealer the chance of getting one at MSRP is very close to zero. I think maybe 5K above would be fair but 20K above is crazy.

Because your Mach 1 also has said Gen 3 Coyote. FYI that all gens of the coyote tick, Ford has already said it’s a normal operating characteristic of the motor.
I have to disagree with you on that. I have a 2018 and a 2020, both PP cars and neither have the “tick”. I’m gonna go out in a limb here and say it’s how you treat the car when it’s new. Neither of mine were driven hard until after 5,000 miles, since then I’ve tracked the 18 a few times and it still hasn’t developed the “tick”. It has 73k miles on it right now, the 20 has 24k. They both get serviced regularly as well. I think the ones that get beat on from the start are the ones developing the dreaded “tick”. I know Ford says it a characteristic, but from what I hear it’s an annoying characteristic.
