Ford Front Chin Spoiler Installed! Comparison Pictures: stock vs. Ford Air Design Satin Black Front Splitter Lip

So I finally had time to install the Ford MUSTANG 2024 AIR DESIGN SATIN BLACK FRONT FASCIA SPLITTER.

The install was super simple. Probably 20 minutes. No issues and fits great. I love it!

Here are the comparison pictures for reference just in case somebody wants to see how this looks.

The Ford Performance one does look nicer, although I have got used to the stock look on my 2024 S650 over my 2020 s550 I traded in. Since the mustang doesn't have a camera or sensor warning on the front bumper, one does have to be a little more careful that you don't scrape the bumper when patking with the Ford Performance front spoiler.

That was the second thing I bought for mine, and I think it looks exactly how it should have from day one. Some of the others are just too large and exaggerated to me.

Thanks! I agree with you. This is how it was supposed to come out of the factory. I mean, even the S550 is more aggressive stock vs stock.

Looks great! I really like it. Although the only thing I don't like it's that it is installed with double sided tape and glue.

For it being a Ford official product, you would think it would be like the RTR front lip, or Feral Industries front lip, where its just clip off and clip on from the factory holes sort of thing.

I ended up going with the feral industries in case in the future I ever wanted to change it, or if for whatever reason the front lip gets damaged, it can be an easy swap. I can't imagine the process of removing the double sided tape and glue on this particular lip to replace.

I don't think so, this splitter matches the lines on the factory rocker panels better than the weak factory splitter. A good side view shot shows that they match up better now.
